Effective September 2026

Introduction

Our website uses cookies to provide a secure, personalized, and efficient browsing experience. Cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our site, improve functionality, and deliver relevant content.

Generally, cookies are very useful and are a common method used by almost every website you visit because they help to make your online experience as smooth as possible. For security reasons, many websites will not function at all without the use of cookies (or other similar technologies, such as “web beacons” or “tags”).

Cookies generally do not hold any information to identify an individual person but are instead used to identify a browser on an individual machine. Sometimes cookies can collect certain data that can be considered as personal data (e.g. where performance or marketing cookies are concerned).

Types of Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies

These are necessary for the basic operation of the website, such as page navigation and secure access to certain areas. Without these cookies, the site may not function properly.

Analytics Cookies

These cookies (e.g., Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics) collect aggregated information about how visitors use our site, including pages visited and time spent. This helps us improve usability, performance, and overall user experience. They are set only after consent is granted; without consent, they operate in a limited, cookieless mode.

Marketing Cookies

Used only with your consent, these cookies enable personalized advertising and promotional content based on your interests.

Managing Cookies

If you prefer, you can restrict, block or delete cookies by changing your browser settings, but that may mean you won't have the best possible user experience.

In the next chapter, we will explain how you can delete cookies inside your browser. Please keep in mind that we will still use required cookies for the basic functionality of the REDAI website.

For more information about cookies and their impact on you and your browsing, visit www.allaboutcookies.org.

You can also find further information about cookies and the steps you can take to protect your privacy on the internet through Your Online Choices Website.

How to Manage Cookies in Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge

Each browser lets you restrict, block or delete cookies from its privacy or history settings. Full step-by-step instructions for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS are available in each browser's help pages. Please note that required cookies will still be used for the basic functionality of the REDAI website.

10. Google reCAPTCHA Compliance Update

Effective April 2, 2026, Google reCAPTCHA will transition from operating as an independent Data Controller to acting solely as a Data Processor. As a result, all data collected through reCAPTCHA on our website will be processed strictly under our instructions and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In line with this change, Google's Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service no longer apply to users in connection with reCAPTCHA.

11. Microsoft Clarity Update

We use Microsoft Clarity (behavioral analytics: heatmaps, session recordings) solely under your Analytics consent. Our CMP passes valid consent signals to Clarity using Clarity Consent API v2 and/or Google Consent Mode. If you opt out, Clarity runs in a limited, cookieless mode and does not set cookies.

Microsoft Clarity is activated only after opt-in consent for Analytics cookies is granted. Without consent, Clarity does not set cookies and operates in a limited, cookieless mode, which alters reporting (e.g., each pageview may be treated as a separate session; funnels/returning user metrics are affected).
