Built in Croatia. Built for the shelf.
We build our own computer-vision models and pair them with real FMCG retail experience — so shelf photos turn into decisions field and category teams can act on.
Computer vision and machine learning, applied to one problem.
REDAI's core business is artificial intelligence, specifically computer vision and machine learning. We develop and maintain our own recognition models rather than licensing a third-party vision engine.
The team combines two backgrounds: software engineering and FMCG retail experience. Both originate in Croatia, and both inform how the product is built — recognition accuracy on its own isn't useful without understanding what a category manager or field rep actually needs from the output.
We update the underlying models on an ongoing basis as new computer vision techniques become viable for real store conditions: varied lighting, partial occlusion, irregular shelf angles.

From first model to retail-ready platform.
Three areas, one team.
Recognition models
Computer vision and machine learning work focused on identifying products, prices, and shelf gaps under real-world conditions.
Retail execution knowledge
Translating FMCG and trade marketing experience into the KPIs, scoring, and workflows the platform actually measures.
Field and dashboard product
Building and maintaining the mobile app and web platform that field teams and management use day to day.
